Job description

Responsibilities
  • Understand and implement sales process from client prospecting to product delivery
  • Excel strategies to achieve sales increase
  • Stay updated on products and market trends
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Accomplish monthly quota and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Comfortable making cold calls and outdoor visits, or joining trade shows
  • Ability to demonstrate the quality of selling products
  • Actively resolve customer complaints
  • Lead a team of Sales Engineers or Sales Support Engineers to market the company's products and services to key corporate clients and/or channel sales
  • Build solid customer relationships with key accounts, prospecting, and qualifying leads
  • Identify key customers/potential opportunities for both local and international business
  • Propose and implement sales strategies to increase sales and grow market share locally and overseas
