The role focuses on growing revenue, expanding market presence, and developing a high-performing team across trade and project sales, marketing campaigns, and strategic partnerships.

The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, manage pricing and customer satisfaction, and ensure alignment with company values and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in related fields.
• Knowledge of Qatar market and proficiency in English, Arabic and Urdu.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the company's sales and marketing strategy to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
• Manage trade and project sales teams to meet annual targets and improve market share.
