We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for our Residences division in Doha, Qatar. As the Sales Manager Residences, you will lead our team of sales professionals in promoting and selling luxury residential properties in one of the most exciting real estate markets in the Middle East.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing team of sales professionals
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and industry partners
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, ensuring consistent achievement
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales materials and campaigns
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from initial client contact to successful closing
  • Provide regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
