The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of sales leadership experience, a proven track record of meeting targets, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales management role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team-motivating skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English language skills (written and verbal).
• Nepali national preferred but open to foreigners with relevant work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Manage and train the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth.
