Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Doha, Qatar. As a Sales Manager at Al Waha For Cars, you will oversee daily sales operations, manage and mentor the sales team, develop sales strategies, and work on expanding the customer base. Your role will include achieving sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also work closely with the marketing and service teams to optimize the customer journey from showroom to service center.

Qualifications
  • Must have at least 7 to 10 years sales experience in automotive industry
  • Experience in sales management and strategic planning
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends
