Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Doha is seeking a Real Estate Sales Executive to meet sales targets, manage client relationships, and promote properties through effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and must be fluent in Arabic. A valid Qatari Driving License is required.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales with a successful track record.
  • Must have a Valid Qatari Driving License.
  • Arabic speaking is mandatory, basic English required.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure set sales targets are met and or exceeded.
  • Take an active role in the negotiation of marketing agreements and commission levels with landlords / Developers.
  • Offer outstanding customer service standards at all times, through all communication methods and channels.
  • Ensure the listed properties database software is accurate and up to date at all times with lead generation.
  • Manage effective feedback mechanisms for all clients and regularly take proactive steps to improve client / vendor / purchaser / agent relationships.
  • Ensure an effective sales process to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Follow all leads till conclusion.
  • Ensure the End of Week Activity report is accurate and send the report within the agreed timescale.
  • Keep sales updates to date with property market activities.
  • Seek out new opportunities and gaps in the market.
  • Promote the business through various marketing channels and communications.
  • Act as “ambassador” for the client within the wider Qatar community.
  • Ensure the Company brand duties as requested by Senior Management as may be required from time to time.
