Job Description:

We are looking for a Salad Maker Chef who will be responsible for:

  1. Handling food preparation including cleaning vegetables, mixing ingredients, preparing plates of vegetables, preparing dressings, and replenishing supplies.
  2. Preparing salads and sandwiches using standardized menus, recipes, and production records.
  3. Providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Following recipes and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
  5. Checking temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  6. Ordering, receiving, or stocking supplies or retail products.
  7. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen.
  8. Following food safety procedures and checking expiration dates.
  9. Being a SHARP team member (Service First - High Energy - Appreciative - Respectful - Passionate).
  10. Practicing CLAYGO (Clean as You Go).
