Job description

• To inspect, clean, maintain, and repair all MEP systems available at the premises.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and use of test equipment.
• Maintains all electrical and lighting throughout the hotel.
• To maintain all HVAC units/systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair all equipment that is non-operational.
• Perform chemical tests for boilers, chillers, motors, swimming pool, etc.
• To maintain all shop tools and equipment.
• Maintain adequate stock of parts/materials in the maintenance shop.

Qualifications:

• Reasonably high level of knowledge and skill in air conditioning, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
• Previous experience in the field required; 5-star hotel experience is an asset.
• Proficient in the English language (verbal & written).
• Must have the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
