Job description

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, marine or equivalent.
2. Minimum 8-10 years of similar experience in ROV operational experience.
3. IMCA Logbook is mandatory.
   
4. IMCA certified.
5. Should have knowledge on hydraulic equipment, inspection projects, and intervention work.

Purpose

Gathering information / providing technical assistance supporting RFQ & offshore ROV & Survey operations.

Strategy

1. Equipment Management: Ensure all necessary equipment, tools, and supplies are available, maintained, and in working order. Coordinate the procurement and inventory of additional resources as needed.
2. Operational Assistance: Provide on-site and remote support during missions to ensure smooth operations.
3. Data Management: Assist in the collection, storage, and documentation of data gathered during missions. Ensure data is accurately recorded and readily accessible for analysis and reporting.
4. Communication Facilitation: Serve as a liaison among team members, fostering effective communication and coordination. Schedule and organize meetings, briefings, and debriefings.

Communication

1. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of logistical activities, equipment usage, and support actions. Contribute to the preparation of reports on mission progress, outcomes, and operational efficiency.
2. Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on logistical procedures, equipment handling, and safety protocols. Ensure team members are well-prepared for operational tasks.

Others

1. Compliance and Safety: Support the implementation and monitoring of safety protocols and procedures. Ensure all logistical activities comply with relevant safety standards and regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
2. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve logistical challenges and operational issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to the mission.
3. Resource Optimization: Efficiently manage and allocate resources to maximize operational effectiveness and cost-efficiency during ROV missions.
