• Experience in operations, customer service, or logistics support in delivery/e-commerce.
• On-site availability in Doha, with occasional evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor rider performance and service quality.
• Review operational data and feedback to identify trends.
• Communicate with riders and internal teams daily.
• Clarify standards and procedures; train or coach riders as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of rider performance.
• Escalate recurring issues to stakeholders for improvement.
