Want More in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team. You will create visually appealing displays, analyze sales data, and implement merchandising strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction.

The role requires at least 2 years in retail merchandising, strong knowledge of visual merchandising, excellent analytics, and strong negotiation and communication skills. Malayalee or English speakers welcomed; accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in retail merchandising or similar role.
Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and current trends.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
Familiarity with market research methods and analysis.
Strong negotiation skills with suppliers.
Fluent in Malayalam (preferred) or English.

Responsibilities

Create eye-catching displays that showcase products and attract customers.
Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to determine placement and stock levels.
