Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with restaurant cleaning and dining room preparation before service.
• Clean and prepare service utensils, cutlery, glassware and related equipment.
• Support the Captain Waiter with table setup and mise en place before guests arrive.
• Refill guest water glasses during service.
• Transport prepared food from kitchen to dining area.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently for incoming guests.
• Keep service stations organized and stocked during operations.
