Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers and Departmental Managers - AUSTRALIA - QTR

We are looking for dynamic professionals to fill the roles of Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, and Departmental Manager for our client, a global leader in the fast-food industry.

Location: Australia

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the entire restaurant operations ensuring delivery of exceptional customer service.
  2. Manage restaurant P&L to optimize manageable profit, control COGS, Labor, and Controllables.
  3. Ensure the safety and security of team and guests through a focus on preventive maintenance and cleanliness.
  4. Drive sales goals and track results.
  5. Develop and train team members and managers, including ongoing feedback and coaching.
  6. Maintain exceptional food safety and quality standards.
  7. Handle guest complaints professionally and swiftly.
  8. Foster a productive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a fast-food or restaurant setting.
  2. Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  3. Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of business metrics and financials.
Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing team members and ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently.

  5. Address and handle guest concerns and feedback.
