Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Guest Relations Manager or in a similar senior guest-facing role within a high-end restaurant or luxury hospitality concept
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, engaging, and polished personality
• Ability to build strong relationships with guests, manage VIP experiences, and create memorable guest journeys
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized approach
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
• Previous experience in the Doha or GCC luxury hospitality market is an advantage
• Currently based in Doha or willing to relocate
