Job Description

• Manage all incoming booking inquiries, ensuring accurate input of details and maximizing occupancy across the Resort.
• Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable support to guests, travel agents, and corporate clients.
• Upsell room types, packages, and services while adhering to pricing strategies and set rates.
• Ensure all guest information, preferences, and booking details are correctly recorded in the Property Management System (PMS).
• Communicate guest requests and special requirements to Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams for seamless service.
• Keep up to date with reservation systems, loyalty programs, promotions, and brand standards to enhance guest experiences.
