Job summary

Assetara Limited is seeking a Talent Scout for a fully remote role. You will actively source, engage, and screen high-potential candidates to support the growth of our AI-fintech ecosystem.

As a headhunter and sales professional, you will manage 2–3 first-stage interviews daily, use LinkedIn and other channels for outreach, and maintain candidate records. A base salary of $200 USD per month plus uncapped commissions is provided, with 100% remote work.

Qualifications

• Charismatic, confident communication skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, and simple tracking sheets.
• Basic to intermediate written and spoken English for internal reporting and team communications.
• Experience in cold sales, telemarketing, sourcing, or recruitment is an advantage; strong self-motivation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct Sourcing & Outreach: Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram channels, professional networks, and international job boards.
• Candidate Engagement: Initiate professional outreach by message or call, present the Assetara opportunity, and respond to candidate questions.
• First-Stage Screening: Conduct structured 15–20 minute Zoom or Google Meet interviews to assess communication, motivation, leadership potential, and role fit.
• Daily Interview Activity: Conduct 2–3 first-stage candidate interviews per working day, subject to qualified candidate availability and agreed scheduling.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in simple tracking sheets and refer qualified candidates to the Regional Manager for final-stage interviews.
• Compliance: Follow company policies, privacy requirements, and applicable recruitment practices in all candidate communications.
