Job summary

Career Land Center, LLC is seeking an experienced recruiter familiar with the GCC beauty and hospitality markets to work on a commission-only basis. You will manage candidates from our CRM, headhunt when needed, and shepherd placements from initial contact through visa processing.

This is a remote role requiring self-motivation and a strong network in the GCC region. You will engage with candidates, verify portfolios, and align expectations on relocation and compensation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience placing candidates with Middle East employers in beauty, spa, or hospitality.
• Solid understanding of GCC hiring practices, visas, sponsorship, and salary expectations.
• Comfort using a CRM and learning new systems quickly.
• Experience sourcing candidates from regions such as Eastern Europe, Central Asia, North Africa, South Africa, or Southeast Asia.
• Strong written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screen, qualify, and prepare candidates for beauty and hospitality vacancies in the GCC.
• Own roles until they’re closed, focusing 80% on existing database and 20% on headhunting.
• Contact candidates via WhatsApp and assess experience, English level, and relocation interest.
• Check portfolios and work samples to verify fit against roles.
• Collect updated photos, CVs, and self-intro videos; conduct short video calls when needed.
• Determine candidate salary expectations and minimum acceptable salary.
• Explain relocation process, contract terms, and timeline honestly.
• Maintain engagement through interviews, offers, and visa processing.
• Communicate status with hiring managers daily and join weekly team check-ins.
• Submit a short daily activity report.

Career Land Center is a US-based recruitment agency that has worked with employers across the Middle East since 2013. We place beauty, wellness, and hospitality professionals with salons, spas, hotels, restaurants, and luxury clients in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, the UAE, and Oman. Our team works fully remotely, and we're looking for an experienced recruiter who knows this market and wants to earn based on results.

The Role

ONLY COMISSION BASED

You will screen, qualify, and prepare candidates for beauty and hospitality vacancies in the GCC, and you'll own your positions until they're closed. About 80% of your time will go to working with candidates already in our CRM. The other 20% will go to headhunting new candidates for harder-to-fill roles. You won't be starting from zero: we have active vacancies, established clients, a large candidate database, and a clear process.

Roles You'll Recruit For

• Beauty and wellness: hairdressers, nail technicians, lash and brow artists, makeup artists, facial and spa therapists, massage therapists, Pilates instructors
• Hospitality: waiters and waitresses, hostesses, baristas, runners, commis and line chefs, front office, housekeeping, and other hotel and restaurant staff

What You'll Do

• Search our CRM for suitable candidates, re-engage them, and keep their records up to date
• Headhunt new candidates through job boards, social media, WhatsApp and Telegram groups, and your own network when the database doesn't cover a role
• Contact candidates by WhatsApp and assess their experience, English level, and genuine interest in relocating
• Check portfolios and work samples to confirm that a candidate's work is real and matches the role
• Collect updated photos, CVs, and self-introduction videos, and run short video calls when needed
• Find out each candidate's salary expectations and minimum acceptable salary before they're submitted
• Explain the relocation process, contract terms, and timeline honestly, without promising a job
• Keep candidates engaged through interviews, offers, and visa processing so they don't drop out after an offer
• Stay in close contact with the hiring manager throughout the day on candidate status, feedback, and next steps
• Send a short daily activity report and join one weekly team check-in

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience placing candidates with Middle East employers, specifically in beauty, spa, or hospitality
• A solid understanding of GCC hiring: visa and sponsorship basics, nationality restrictions, typical salary packages, and what employers expect
• Comfort working in a CRM and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Experience sourcing from regions such as Eastern Europe, Central Asia, North Africa, South Africa, or Southeast Asia
• Strong written and spoken English or other languages are a strong plus)
• A results-driven mindset. You know how to push a candidate through to a closed position, not just submit a CV.
• Your own laptop, a stable internet connection, and an active WhatsApp account

Schedule

• Flexible hours: you organize your day however works best for you
• You must be reachable and responsive to the hiring manager throughout your working day
• We don't track your hours. We track results, and the job is to close positions.

Compensation

• Commission only: a fixed commission for every successful placement
• Commission is paid as soon as we receive the placement fee from the employer, with no waiting for the full guarantee periodNo cap on earnings. The more positions you close, the more you earn.
• Independent contractor status, but you'll be a full part of our team with direct support from the hiring manager

Probation

The first 2 weeks are a trial period. We expect you to submit at least one fully qualified candidate who meets all of the employer's requirements during that time.
