Job title: Recruitment Event in Philippines - Qatar Executive - Licensed Aircraft Engineer Level II (A320 Fleet)

Responsibilities
- As Licensed Aircraft Engineer, ensure the full serviceability and airworthiness of the assigned Qatar Executive aircraft at all times.
- Provide full support to Lead Engineers/Management to perform scheduled or unscheduled tasks as per approved maintenance documentation to ensure aircraft availability and high standards.
- Work to the highest standards in accordance with Qatar Civil Aviation Authority (QCAA) regulations and Company procedures to ensure flight safety.
- Ensure timely and quality performance of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the aircraft assigned.
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities to support the operation of the Qatar Executive private fleet.
- Manage inspections and define priorities for defects; identify required skill sets and coordinate use of available personnel.
- Proactively find solutions to defects to ensure efficient resolution while adhering to safety, regulatory, and company policies and standards.
- Responsible for final release of work, ensuring tasks meet QE standards and targets such as aircraft availability, system reliability, and acceptable deferred defects.
- Review work procedures, equipment and standards; propose improvements and implement solutions to technical problems within scope of operations.
- Perform riding engineer duties when the aircraft is leaving home base.
- Assist QE management in defining new aircraft, GSE, and support requirements.
- Travel to aircraft locations on short notice to perform troubleshooting and defect rectification efficiently.
- Collaborate with OEMs, vendors, and suppliers to resolve defects or problems affecting aircraft operation.
- Perform additional tasks as required by Maintenance Manager.
Qualifications
- Degree or Equivalent / Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance
- B2 or B1/B2 Airbus A320 fam CEO (preferable with V2500 engine)
- Minimum of 5 years of job-related aircraft certifying experience
- In-depth knowledge of aircraft maintenance fundamentals appropriate to the area of employment
