Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure premium service tailored to the individual needs of each customer.
  • Responsible for running the reception desk smoothly and efficiently, and managing incoming and outgoing transactions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone, or via e-mail.
  • Fulfill all reasonable requests from prospects/customers to ensure their comfort, satisfaction, and safety while hosting them.
  • Conduct regular checks throughout the day and report any issues to the line manager.
  • Accountable for appointments and scheduling them properly on the days and times specified, as well as reminding people of these appointments.
  • Understand the operations of an office and provide information over the phone.
