Job summary

Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical (Entry Level) is required for the Lusail project. Fresh graduates/junior candidates are welcome. The role lasts 6 months with extension potential, and Filipino candidates are preferred.

Key tasks include measurement and take-off, reviewing interim payments, and maintaining site records. MS Office proficiency is expected, and AutoCAD knowledge is a plus. A related Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in measurement and take-off of quantities from mechanical drawings
• Prepare and review subcontractor interim payment applications
• Maintain site instructions, variation logs & material delivery records
• Support Senior QS in cost reporting and data entry
• Conduct site visits to verify work progress against measurements
