Qualificações

• Diploma in Civil Engineering ( DCE ) or relevant.
• Should have 10 years above experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead estimation team and distribute tasks within estimation department.
• Read and understand project scope and drawings; develop RFIs as needed.
• Prepare and verify Bill of Quantities from Tender drawings/documents.
• Civil rate analysis for senior finalization.
• Quantity take-off for all works as required.
• Develop and maintain subcontractor and vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for appropriately evaluating the cost of a project and evaluating the cost to take on that project. The candidate will be familiar with our competitive advantages as an organization and will be able to communicate those to our benefit throughout the bidding process.

• Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
• Obtain accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish accurate cost estimates

Major Skills:

• Professional level working using CANDY from scratch till project submission.
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities from tenders drawings / documents
• Splitting of packages for all the scope and chasing competitive offers.
• Can Establish and finalize full project commercial works from scratch.

Education and Experience:

Diploma in Civil Engineering ( DCE ) or relevant

Should have 10 years above experience.

Accountabilities:

• Can Lead team and distribute tasks of estimation department.
• Has the ability to analyze
• Complete the various tasks as per the manager Instruction within the time given.
• Close out and submit tenders in terms of commercial.

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with colleagues in the Estimating Department, reporting to manager/Senior.(Mandatory)
• Reading and understanding the Project and the Scope of work. (Mandatory)
• Review of project drawings and specifications; develop RFI’s as needed. (Mandatory)
• Arrange all files (such as all in one file) and upload to CANDY. (Mandatory)
• Upload data to CANDY and can establish required files in candy. (Mandatory)
• Getting all output from CANDY in professional level and closing the project commercial works. (Mandatory)
• Preparation & Verification of Bill of Quantities from Tender drawings/documents. (Mandatory)
• Civil rate analysis for the senior’s finalization. (Mandatory)
• Quantity Take off for all the works where required
• Issues invitations to bid to selected subcontractors and vendors.
• Prepares bid forms, bid proposals, and bid clarifications.
• Assist in project packaging, arrangement and submission. (Mandatory)
• Awareness of tender process till submission and PTCs.
• Develop and maintain subcontractor and vendor relationships.
• Observe the task given to the juniors and assist them.
