The Role

You will be responsible for:

1. Partnering closely with the business to ensure compliance with quality standards, overseeing audit activities, and assisting in quality management reviews.
2. Conducting regular quality assurance audits and following up post-audit to ensure non-conformities are addressed promptly and corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.
3. Ensuring accurate and timely entry of product complaints into quality tracking systems and reviewing and maintaining quality systems and procedures in accordance with best practices and relevant regulations.

Ideal Profile

• At least 3 years of experience, including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.
• A strong networker and relationship builder.
• Enjoys finding creative solutions to problems.
• A strong team player capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
