Work standard is seeking a highly organized Librarian for a School in Al-Khor, Qatar. You will manage the school library, assist students and teachers with research needs, and promote a love of reading and learning.

Responsibilities include cataloging books, supporting research, planning library programs such as book clubs and author visits, keeping the library welcoming, tracking overdue items, and training students to use resources. This position is open to Indian nationals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working as a librarian in a school setting.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.
• Strong communication skills to work with students, teachers, and parents from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage the school library, including cataloging books and materials.
• Assist students and teachers with research needs.
• Promote literacy and a love of reading among students.
