Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety, security, and comfort of all passengers during flights
• Deliver exceptional onboard service, including food, beverage, and customer care
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and safety demonstrations
• Handle in-flight sales and manage passenger requests efficiently
• Respond to emergencies and medical situations with professionalism
• Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and uniform presentation
• Represent Qatar Airways with courtesy, respect, and cultural sensitivity

Education & Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma
• Minimum age: 21 years
• Minimum arm reach: 212 cm (on tiptoes)
• Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
• Excellent health and fitness
• Willingness to relocate to Doha and adapt to an international lifestyle
• Previous customer service experience is preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly salary: QAR 9,000 – QAR 12,000 (tax-free)
