Job Description

• Lead and oversee all Project Managers and associated staff to ensure the successful execution of the project.
  
• Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities across all projects.
  
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels between project teams, clients, and suppliers.
  
• Review contracts and subcontracts, and coordinate with the Planning Manager to develop and update construction schedules.
  
• Collaborate with the Project Engineer and Planning Manager to prepare initial detailed project schedules.
  
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with approved timelines.
  
• Review and approve subcontractor proposals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  
• Provide regular updates and monthly construction progress reports to the Program Manager.
  
• Coordinate with the Contract Administrator on contractual obligations and subcontractor management.
  
• Optimize resource and personnel allocation to maintain project budgets.
  
• Manage all project-related correspondence and documentation.
  
• Coordinate efforts among all project stakeholders and monitor project developments.
  
• Conduct periodic reviews of project performance, including cost, schedule, and overall progress.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master s degree is a plus).
  
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a proven track record in delivering large-scale mixed-use projects.
  
• Extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing on-site execution.
  
• Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills.
  
• PMP certification is a plus.
