Job summary

Compass Global Resourcing (CGR) in Doha seeks an Arabic speaking QA/QC Engineer to join their team on large highways and infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include overseeing construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, maintaining and improving quality systems, and liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Civil Engineering and have significant experience in QA/QC roles within the Middle Eastern engineering sector. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Must speak and communicate fluently in both Arabic and English.
• Hold a degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering.
• Experience as a QA/QC Engineer on large roads/highways projects.
• Strong track record with engineering contractors in the Middle East.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Help maintain and improve quality systems.
• Report to the QA/QC Manager.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors.
