Job summary

Saipem in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a QA/QC Clerk to support project teams by maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance with QA/QC procedures, and serving as a focal point for client quality-related correspondence.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Quality Management or related field, at least 5 years in QA/QC support or document control on EPC/EPCI projects, and strong communication with multinational teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC support, document control, or client support roles.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Project Quality Plan and QA/QC procedures
• Ensure compliance with project quality, contractual, and Client requirements
• Control, review, register, and archive QA/QC documentation in accordance with company document control procedures
• Verify the completeness, accuracy, and traceability of quality records prior to submission to Clients
• Prepare, compile, and submit QA/QC deliverables, inspection reports, and quality records to Clients
• Maintain document registers, transmittals, revision control, and filing systems
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Operations, and QA/QC teams
• Track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), CAPA, and follow-up actions
• Support internal and external audits by providing required quality documentation and records
• Act as focal point for Client quality-related correspondence and documentation requests
• Monitor the status of Client submissions and provide status updates to the QA/QC team
