Your day-to-day:
  • Support Procurement Department with daily activities
  • Follow up with all user departments and Receiving in order to better support the operations
  • Perform any other reasonable task requested by the Procurement Manager
  • Follow up and ensure that goods are delivered in accordance with the purchase order and without any delay
  • Receive proper purchase requisition from Head of Departments
  • Raise the Local Purchase Order in the name of the selected supplier
  • Receive market list from the Executive Chef on a daily basis and arrange for delivery of those items daily
  • Ensure that the administrative procedures relating to the purchase of goods are followed
  • Ensure that the suppliers follow the rule relating to hygiene of goods delivered
  • Maintain all documents, files and listing up-to-date in the most efficient manner
  • Carry out regular market survey prices for all items and services for the hotel by keeping in touch with the suppliers constantly
  • Collaborate with departments such as F&B, Housekeeping, and Engineering to meet operational requirements
  • Support sustainable purchasing practices aligned with IHG Green Engage initiatives
What We need from you:
  • 1–3 years of purchasing or procurement experience, ideally in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to compare prices, quality, and delivery terms and make accurate recommendations.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement systems (e.g., Sun System or similar) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with local suppliers, hotel procurement processes, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented, cost-conscious, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
