Job summary

McKinsey in Doha is seeking a proactive consultant to own and deliver small to mid-size projects within larger initiatives. You will design functionally aligned plans, coordinate with public-sector and healthcare leaders, and help implement innovative solutions that create lasting value for clients.

You will mentor junior team members, build client capabilities, and develop expertise in one or more service lines while traveling predominantly within the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering or a related field with an outstanding academic record.
• 3+ years of consulting/business experience, with clear achievements and growth; international experience is a plus.
• Digital Transformation experience within the public sector is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in organizational development, transformational delivery, and productivity improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver small to mid-sized projects within larger client initiatives.
• Design plans with clear initiatives and timelines for value creation.
• Coach and develop team members on project delivery and client service.
• Collaborate with public-sector and healthcare leaders to implement solutions.
