Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking an experienced Offshore PTW Specialist for a full-time assignment in the LNG/oil & gas sector. You will obtain, review, and maintain valid offshore Permit to Work documentation and ensure compliance with PTW procedures, HSE standards, and client requirements.

Strong offshore safety knowledge and the ability to coordinate with offshore teams are essential. Responsibilities include monitoring permits, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring proper closure

Qualifications

• Must have 4–6 years of offshore experience in Oil & Gas / LNG.
• Must be PTW QELNG Approved and knowledgeable about PTW systems.
• Strong knowledge of offshore safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Obtain, review, and maintain valid offshore Permit to Work documentation before work begins.
• Ensure offshore activities comply with approved PTW procedures, HSE standards, and client requirements.
• Verify risk assessments, toolbox talks, gas tests, isolations, and required safety precautions.
• Coordinate with offshore supervisors, HSE personnel, operations teams, and work crews.
• Monitor worksite conditions and stop work immediately if unsafe conditions or permit violations arise.
• Ensure permits are correctly suspended, extended, transferred, closed, or cancelled after completion.
• Maintain accurate permit records, supporting documents, and daily offshore permit status updates.
• Confirm personnel understand job hazards, emergency procedures, escape routes, and offshore safety requirements.
