Responsibilities

  • Align mid- and long-term real estate space requirements with internal business units and departments.
  • Negotiate and manage external rental contracts, ensuring fulfillment of all lease terms and conditions.
  • Maintain and update all real estate databases, portfolio tools, and legal documentation for the assigned properties.
  • Ensure total adherence to local statutory regulations, laws, and internal approval procedures for all real estate activities.
  • Develop and execute maintenance plans and projects to ensure the uninterrupted functioning of technical systems.
  • Act as the primary interface for Facilities Management (FM) service providers and contractors, including claim management.
  • Manage local Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) risks and implement security concepts (SiVAS) to ensure legally compliant and secure operations.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and quality management reviews in accordance with corporate policies and standards.
  • Manage local tenant and landlord relationships to ensure effective communication and partnership.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Management (SCM) to evaluate and select outsourced vendors and service providers.
  • Explore, identify, and support the implementation of cost-saving measures through various optimization levers.
  • Provide representation to local authorities and manage communication across different levels of stakeholders within the business.

As a Specialist Professional based in Qatar, the Property Manager will be responsible for the professional management of the local real estate portfolio, ensuring operational stability and cost-effective property solutions in alignment with business needs. To achieve this, the role is structured around three core areas: comprehensive Property and Portfolio Management to handle strategic leasing and compliance; Facilities and Lifecycle Management to oversee operational maintenance, safety, and security; and Stakeholder and Financial Management to manage relationships and drive financial efficiency.

What You Bring


  • Degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate management or related activities.

  • Skilled in property management, lease contracts, site selection, and property inspection.

  • Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and purchasing.

  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and social skills and strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities.
