Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager with an engineering background to oversee the infinity roof top project. The ideal candidate will manage the entire fit-out scope including fa ade glazing, , HVAC, MEP design, and fire life safety systems, ensuring high-quality delivery within a strict 4-month timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from mobilization to handover.
• Review the drawings
• Coordinate all construction activities including:
  • fit-out works
  • Fa ade and glass cladding with retractable window systems
  • Installation lighting and sound systems
  • HVAC and MEP systems design and implementation
  • Fire and life safety systems
• Liaise closely with client, contractors, consultants, designers, and suppliers to ensure timely progress and resolution of technical issues.
• Conduct and lead regular site meetings and technical reviews.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and local authority requirements.
• Track project milestones and ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports and updates for management and stakeholders.
• Monitor procurement schedules and verify on-site deliveries against program needs.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with specific experience in restaurant or hospitality fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out works, fa ade systems, HVAC, MEP, and fire safety.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with a proactive approach.
• Hands-on experience working with consultants, authorities, and contractors in Qatar (preferably in Msheireb or similar high-profile developments).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
