Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination: Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.

Technical Supervision: Review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for compliance with project requirements.

Site Management: Monitor construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and schedule.

Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues and ensure project alignment.

Cost & Resource Control: Assist in budget tracking, procurement, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.

Risk Mitigation: Identify potential project risks and implement proactive solutions.

Reporting: Prepare progress reports, documentation, and presentations for senior management.

Software Proficiency: Utilize Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools for project planning and execution.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a PROJECT ENGINEER in large-scale construction/infrastructure projects.

Strong technical knowledge in civil engineering, construction methodologies, and project management.

Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.

Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and GCC construction standards.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
