Project Director
Location: Qatar

Role:
Project Director for mega project that will include a themed Park that will include a zoo, and family entertainment centre and other facilities to make up a major new leisure destination. Senior role working for a leading company who work on some of Qatar’s leading building projects including hotels, high rise, retail malls, and parks.

Essential Requirements:

1. Degree Qualified in relevant discipline
2. Strong project experience in leisure sector – including parks, themed parks and zoos.
3. Have managed projects as lead Project director from inception to completion
4. Previous experience with a consultancy or project management company.
5. Ability to manage stakeholders at a senior level.
6. A stable track record is important alongside the possession of excellent design management and communication skills.

Candidate:
As Project Director you will be responsible for managing and leading high profile consultancy teams whilst liaising with the commercial departments and various contractors and design consultancies. The successful candidate will come from a Contractor or Project Management background and be used to taking a lead role on major projects. They will be client focused with an excellent track record.
