Job summary

A leading technical services provider in Doha is seeking an experienced Project Controls Specialist to oversee and support all aspects of project controls activities. The role requires extensive experience in reporting, schedule development, and performance monitoring in large-scale projects, particularly in onshore facilities and LNG plants. Suitable candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and have a minimum of ten years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Ten years experience in project controls including cost and schedule.
• Five years experience with large onshore facilities and LNG plants.
• Minimum five (5) years experience associated with engineering, procurement, and construction for large (> $1BN) Onshore Facilities.
• Minimum five (5) years experience associated with engineering, procurement, and construction of large onshore LNG plants.

Job Description Highlights:

• The position is located at RLIC site and is responsible to support all aspects of project controls activities including reporting, schedule development, progress verification and change control.
• Monitors the Contractors project controls performance in the areas of scheduling, progress measurement and reporting providing advice where necessary to make certain the Companys objectives are achieved.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or relevant industry experience with thorough and extensive knowledge of a) Project controls principles, theories, concepts, and tools. b) Greenfield and brownfield.
• Minimum of ten (10) years broad experience in the area of project controls, including cost, schedule, and progress reporting.
• Minimum five (5) years experience associated with engineering, procurement, and construction for large (> $1BN) Onshore Facilities.
• Minimum five (5) years experience associated with engineering, procurement, and construction of large onshore LNG plants.
