A construction and engineering company seeks a Construction Superintendent Piping to oversee all piping activities at RLIC Site. The role involves supervising fabrication, ensuring compliance with construction sequences, and managing hand-overs to commissioning teams. Ideal candidates should have over 15 years of project execution experience and a proven background in managing large-scale construction projects. Strong familiarity with Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) methodology is essential.

Qualifications

• More than 15 years in Project Execution with a strong background in fabrication and management.
• Experience as a discipline engineer, Project Engineer, or Construction Superintendent.
• Proven experience in systems completion management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for piping fabrication, installation, and testing activities.
• Supervise the execution of fabrication and construction works.
• Review, comment, and approve construction related deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with approved construction sequences and hand over to commissioning and completion teams.

Job Description Highlights:

• The position is responsible and accountable for all piping fabrication, installation, and testing activities pertaining to the scope of EPC-3&4 at RLIC Site through hand-over to the Commissioning and Completion Teams in accordance with the Completion Sequence.
• This position is located at RLIC Site to supervise the execution of the fabrication and construction works, ensuring compliance with the approved construction sequence and a seamless transition with the pre-commissioning, then commissioning activities.
• The position shall interact daily with its counterpart at EPC-3&4 Contractor.
• The position includes the review, comment and approval of construction related deliverables submitted by the EPC-3&4 Contractor.
• Technical background as a discipline engineer, Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or Construction Superintendent, Construction Manager with solid Project Execution experience
• More than fifeteen (15) years in Project Execution, with a strong background in fabrication, construction and management of large green field construction activities.
• Proven experience with Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) methodology and systems completion management
• Experience with multi-cultural type Projects.
