PRODUCT SUPPORT SUPERVISOR heavy equipment - Qatar
Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee the Admin Aftersales and PSSR team through the distribution of tasks and monitoring all duties performed by members of the team.
- Daily work management.
- Maintain all necessary and applicable documentation.
- Coordinate service jobs with Service Manager and customers.
- Provide customers with required technical data for technical support.
- Generate Monthly Sales, Sales Profit and Purchase Orders Reports.
- Generate products and customers database by collecting all available data of customers (Engines Populations, customers contact data, customers business nature and customers orders history).
- Classify customers as per their fleet size and their business potential.
- Create machine customer list per each PSSR, per geographical area.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Experience in sales, particularly in heavy equipment.
- Product knowledge of Heavy Equipment including: Komatsu, Cummins, Nissan Diesel, International, Fleetguard, Palfinger, Link Belt and IR.
- Customer service principles and practices.
- Knowledge of the workshop and parts stock.
- At least 3 years experience as Supervisor of Parts Sales and Service Representative, preferably from a Caterpillar dealership (17000 RQ + Education Allowance + Family Ticket).
