Job summary

Overview

PRODUCT SUPPORT SUPERVISOR heavy equipment - Qatar

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the Admin Aftersales and PSSR team through the distribution of tasks and monitoring all duties performed by members of the team.
• Daily work management.
• Maintain all necessary and applicable documentation.
• Coordinate service jobs with Service Manager and customers.
• Provide customers with required technical data for technical support.
• Generate Monthly Sales, Sales Profit and Purchase Orders Reports.
• Generate products and customers database by collecting all available data of customers (Engines Populations, customers contact data, customers business nature and customers orders history).
• Classify customers as per their fleet size and their business potential.
• Create machine customer list per each PSSR, per geographical area.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience in sales, particularly in heavy equipment.
• Product knowledge of Heavy Equipment including: Komatsu, Cummins, Nissan Diesel, International, Fleetguard, Palfinger, Link Belt and IR.
• Customer service principles and practices.
• Knowledge of the workshop and parts stock.
• At least 3 years experience as Supervisor of Parts Sales and Service Representative, preferably from a Caterpillar dealership (17000 RQ + Education Allowance + Family Ticket).
