Job summary
Work corp in Al-Khor, Qatar is seeking a Product Designer (Malayalee) to design and develop innovative products that meet customer needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into concepts and prototypes.
You will create sketches, 3D models with SolidWorks and AutoCAD, test designs, and iterate for manufacturability within budgets and timelines. Fluent Malayalam is required; accommodation is provided.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Malayalam language.
- Previous experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
- Proficient in using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into design concepts.
- Conduct research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors' products.
- Create sketches, diagrams, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
- Use CAD software to create detailed 3D models of products.
- Test and iterate on designs to improve functionality and aesthetics.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure designs can be produced within budget and timelines.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
