Job summary

Delwan Qatar is seeking a Procurement Officer to manage international sourcing for lighting and electrical goods. The role requires strong supplier evaluation, negotiation skills, and coordination of shipping and documentation to ensure timely delivery.

Candidates with experience in lighting or electrical trading are preferred, with proficiency in Tally for accounting records. This is an on-site mid-level full-time position in Doha, Qatar.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in international procurement and sourcing.
• Good knowledge of global suppliers, manufacturers, products, pricing and market trends.
• Ability to identify and source high-quality products at competitive prices.
• Strong understanding of international purchasing, negotiations, shipping, and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers and opportunities for the company.
• Negotiate terms and prices with suppliers and coordinate purchasing.
• Coordinate shipping, freight, and supplier communications to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate accounting records for procurement using Tally (where applicable).
