Job Description

An open-ended Private Nurse appointment is on offer from a private family in Doha, open to UK & European-trained clinicians. The appointment suits a principled private nurse who values consistency across seasons. Your appointment follows the family beyond Doha, to Europe and further afield, with the continuity that a long-term placement is meant to deliver. You will be employed by the family, not by an agency, with MST acting solely as the verified introduction. Requirements A practising private nurse with current and unrestricted nursing registration in the UK or Europe. The appointment needs 2 years of hands-on clinical experience after registration. We introduce only those formed by UK and European training and licensing regimes. Confident English is essential, and confidentiality is binding for the length of the appointment. Your credentials must be in order for the full length of a long tenure. Referees are consulted so long tenures can be evidenced. Benefits Compensation is gross, from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the residence is provided, and relocation is arranged by the family, so that you can settle for the long term. Annual flights home and paid leave are the family's to provide, as befits a long appointment. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
