Private Medical Recruitment for the Gulf | UK & European Trained Specialists
Who We Place: Private & Maternity Nurses, Physiotherapists & Osteopaths, Private & Concierge Physicians
A private family in Doha requires a UK & European-trained concierge physician, for its live-in medical continuity post. The family's calendar runs from Doha to Europe and back, and you follow it, and standards for preventive health, longevity planning and urgent clinical decisions never change. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. The family takes you on and contracts with you personally, once Medical Staff Talent has introduced and verified you. Requirements Only a family medicine physician (GP) registered in the UK or Europe will be considered, with a record that includes preventive health, longevity planning and urgent clinical decisions. We need 2+ years of qualified practice before introducing you, with private or one-to-one work counting in your favour. Applications are considered from UK and European-trained clinicians only, and anything else is outside the brief. Polished English is required for handovers, records and conversations with the family, and everything you see in the home remains confidential. We complete verification of your registration and training before the family is involved, and references are followed up personally.
Benefits Your gross reward is £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, reflecting the seniority and discretion of the role. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family looks after your accommodation within its residence in Doha from arrival. Paid leave comes from the family and is written into your terms, together with annual flights and a secure, long-term contract. The contract you sign is with the family, and Medical Staff Talent takes no role in the employment.
Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
