Sadou Design, a Qatar-based creative and production company, seeks a Production Designer & Printing Specialist to join its production team in Doha. The role requires hands-on experience with digital printing, production file preparation, product sampling, and branding applications in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will prepare production-ready files, operate UV and sublimation printers, create samples, and ensure color accuracy and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in printing production or related fields.
• Experience with UV Printing and Sublimation Printing.
• Production file preparation experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Corel DRAW.
• Understanding of branding and promotional products.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Experience in engraving or crystal printing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production-ready artwork and machine files.
• Create product samples and prototypes for client approvals.
• Operate UV printing machines and related equipment.
• Operate sublimation printing equipment.
• Perform crystal printing and engraving production.
• Conduct printing trials and test new production techniques.
• Ensure print quality and color consistency.
• Troubleshoot production and machine-related issues.
