Wood is seeking an experienced Information Management leader in Doha to guide IM strategy, document control, and data management across oil and gas projects. You will drive the digitization of engineering systems and ensure compliance with global standards.

The role requires senior management experience in multinational settings and the ability to coordinate diverse disciplines, delivering value through modern information practices and technology-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• Significant senior management experience in a complex, international organisation.
• Strong knowledge of information management, DM, and digital transformation trends.
• Ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and align IM with business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enforcement of IM strategy, standards, and procedures.
• Oversee Information Management, Document Control, Data Management, and related digital systems.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors to ensure IM tools meet project needs.
• Lead implementation of IM/DM systems and workshare strategies.
