Job summary

International Schools Partnership Limited seeks a Preschool Teacher Assistant to support the lead teacher in creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. You will assist with classroom management, prepare instructional materials, supervise activities and promote positive social, emotional and cognitive development.

You will collaborate with staff to ensure curriculum alignment, participate in school events and contribute to ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Lic. Educación Preescolar or equivalent (required).
• TKT Training Course.
• Prior experience working with young children in an educational or care setting (preferred).
• Required teaching certification for Qatar MOEHE.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing daily lesson plans aligned with the preschool curriculum.
• Supervise and engage children during activities and routines.
• Assist with behavior management and guidance of social-emotional development.
• Prepare learning materials, displays and classroom resources.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized learning environment.
• Observe children's development and report progress to the lead teacher.
