Job summary

PH Consultancy in Doha seeks a detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to accurately select items from warehouse inventory for customer and internal orders.

Responsibilities include picking to order, verifying SKU and quantity, using handheld scanners or WMS, and reporting discrepancies. The role requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience, ability to lift items, and willingness to work shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse/logistics experience (mandatory).
• Familiarity with barcode scanners/WMS systems preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderately heavy items for extended periods.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
• Basic numeracy and reading skills for order accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Pick items from designated storage locations according to pick lists/orders.
• Verify the accuracy of items (SKU, quantity, and condition) before handover.
• Use handheld scanners or WMS to record picked items.
• Report stock shortages, damaged items, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of picking areas.
• Meet daily picking targets/KPIs.
• Follow warehouse safety protocols and proper handling procedures.
