• Communicate and coordinate with riggers, signalers, and site supervisors during lifting operations.
• Maintain control of loads at all times, ensuring proper balance and stability.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs immediately.
• Follow all site safety procedures, lifting regulations, and company standards.
• Keep accurate records of crane operations, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.
• Support safe work practices and participate in toolbox meetings or safety briefings.
