Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training or certification in instrumentation preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with various instruments such as gauges, meters, sensors, and controllers
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts
• Calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy and proper functioning
• Document all repairs and maintenance activities in accordance with company procedures
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify and implement improvements to instrument systems
• Adhere to all safety protocols while working on instrument systems
