Job summary

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC (IAH) is seeking a Plumber Technician to maintain and repair facilities in field deployments in Qatar. You will install and service piping systems, fixtures, and backflow devices in challenging environments.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a Master or Journeyman license, and at least three years of plumbing experience with backflow inspection and maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Master or Journeyman License or equivalent plumbing experience.
• 3 years of plumbing experience, focusing on backflow inspection and maintenance of backflow prevention devices and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, installs, and repairs pipes, fittings and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems.
• Studies building plans and drawings to determine work aids required and sequence of installations.
• Inspects structures to identify obstructions and marks locations for pipe and pipe connections.
• Cuts openings and threads pipe, using tools; bends pipe as required.
• Assembles and installs valves, pipe fittings, and pipes of metals and nonmetals.
• Repairs plumbing fixtures and may weld holding fixtures to steel structural members.

Education
