Job summary

Swan Global is seeking a Plumber (Water Distribution Systems) based in Doha, Qatar. The candidate must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in water distribution repair and maintenance and hold Master or Journeyman plumber certification.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in water distribution systems repair and maintenance.
Fully Certified Plumber – Master Plumber or Journeyman Plumber ONLY.
Construction industry experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair water distribution systems including chilled water, steam, heating, potable water, gas, drainage, and sewage systems.
Inspect joints, valves, pumps, boilers, heaters, sinks, commodes, tanks, lift stations and other plumbing components.
Perform preventive maintenance inspections and execute corrective maintenance works.
Assemble and install pipes, tubing, and fittings using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, solvent welding, caulking, or soldering.
Operate plumbing tools and equipment such as reamers, threading machines, sewer tapes, pipe cutters, snakes, and standard hand tools.
Install and service pumps, piping networks, fixtures, and plumbing systems above and below ground.
Accurately capture and update maintenance data in Maximo or similar CMMS systems.
Ensure work adheres to drawings, codes, safety regulations, and site procedures.
