Job summary

Malomatia seeks a Delivery Unit Leader - Architecture, Engineering & Platform to steer end-to-end engineering across on-premises, hybrid cloud, and platform services in Qatar. The role emphasizes enterprise data platforms, Oracle and Informatica, and modern platform engineering with Kubernetes and IaC.

You will guide governance, establish best practices, mentor a multidisciplinary team, and partner with technology leadership to deliver scalable, secure AI-enabled infrastructure for client

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise architecture, infrastructure or data/platform delivery.
5+ years in leadership role managing Data/AI practice or similar.
Proven delivery of multi-technology programmes in mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

Define and govern engineering strategy, delivery framework, and platform standards.
Lead hybrid cloud, on-premises, and sovereign platform architectures.
Oversee DevSecOps, MLOps, and IaC toolchains across programs.
Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and MLOps practitioners.
Contribute to governance forums and ensure scalability, security, and resilience of architectures.
